• Account details — your name, mobile number and email address.
• Vehicle details — make, model, registration number, year and odometer reading.
• Service records — bookings, job cards, parts used, invoices and payment status.
• Usage data — a secure session cookie to keep you signed in.

• To create and secure your account and log you in via a WhatsApp one-time code.
• To take bookings, service your vehicle and maintain your service history.
• To send you service updates and reminders on WhatsApp (booking confirmations, status changes).
• To generate GST-compliant invoices and process payments.

We use WhatsApp to send login codes and service notifications to the mobile number you provide. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time; essential messages needed to deliver a service you booked will still be sent.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the platform — such as our hosting, database and WhatsApp messaging providers — and only as needed to run the service, or where required by law.

We keep your account and service records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax, warranty and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account, subject to records we must retain by law.

Passwords and login codes are stored hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff by role. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

You may request to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for non-essential messaging. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

PitStop 30 is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
