Terms of Service

Customers sign in with their mobile number and a one-time code sent on WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping access to your number secure and for the accuracy of the details you provide, including a valid email for invoices.

Service slots are offered subject to availability at the selected branch. A confirmed booking reserves a fixed time slot; please arrive on time. We may reallocate or decline a slot where capacity, safety or operational reasons require it.

You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 2 hours, please contact the workshop directly. Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

Prices shown are indicative labour charges; the final invoice includes parts, consumables and applicable GST. Additional work needed after inspection will be advised before it is carried out. Payment is due on delivery of the vehicle, by the methods offered at the workshop.

We service your vehicle using standardised checklists and genuine or equivalent parts. Any warranty on parts is that of the part manufacturer. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, unrelated issues, or items of value left in the vehicle.

Annual maintenance plans and their benefits are described at the time of enrolment and are activated in-store. Benefits are non-transferable and subject to the plan’s validity period.

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users’ data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
